Hello Team,
I am trying to Ignition On/Off on GUi but it is nor recognized with my device.
Anybody can help me to resolve this issue.
Ignition on/OFF is not recognized on OBDII Emulator
Re: Ignition on/OFF is not recognized on OBDII Emulator
What OBD device are you using? The emulator does not simulate the voltage change between ignition on and off. If your device uses that as a reference for ignition, you will need to manually adjust the input DC voltage to reflect the change.
Re: Ignition on/OFF is not recognized on OBDII Emulator
Thank you, I am using this on with my PC. My OBD II Device got powered on and working.
Here i want to change the OBD parameters but none of the parameters are being reflected on OBD II devcie when i change it from freematics obd II software.
Can i get some support here ?
Steps:
1. OBD II software installed with software and my OBD II connnected.
2. Able to connect from software and seeing changes whenever i change protocol from CAN 250k 11 etc.
3. I connected my OBD II Device and trying to change parameters in the software.
None of the parameters are being reflected.
Here i am looking fwd for your support.
your inputs are verymuch imp for me to bringup the emulator further.

Re: Ignition on/OFF is not recognized on OBDII Emulator
FreeMatics OBD II emulator i am using.
Here Please let me know where is this option to manually adjust the input voltage.
Apart from this after the device is powered on I am unable to get OBD protocols changed.
Here I changed the Protocol type : This is not reflected.
In the protocol that is set i am able to see the currently set protocol but none of the PID gets reflected.
What is the use of GUI provided by Freematics OBD II Emulator. In the GUI if i change any of the PID it needs to be reflected on my OBD.
Please do let me know the OBD u shipped is damaged or what is the problem with this.

Re: Ignition on/OFF is not recognized on OBDII Emulator
There is no way to change voltage on OBD pins. You need to adjust the input voltage of the emulator to archive this. Some OBD device might require a voltage change to start working.
The GUI is used to adjust the OBD PIDs and something else.

You cant change voltage on OBD pins. adjust the input voltage of the emulator to archive this instead
