Problems with Program Fuse / Memory Lock Bits

H/W - Freematics One

Is it possible to program the fuse and/or memory lock bits over the micro USB connection?

Use tools like AVRDUDE for AVR microcontrollers or OpenOCD for ARM microcontrollers to set fuse and lock bits.
