How to check the operation of sendCommand

I bought Freematics ONE plus.

I used firmware_v5\datalogger as firmware.
result
SD: NO
OBD: NO

In OBD
sys.begin -> getDeviceType() -> sendCommand("ATI\r", ... )
no response from sendCommand


If you have an ELM327 product and connect it to a car, ATI commands work normally.
It doesn't appear to be an OBD wiring problem.

Is there a way to check if there is an abnormality within the Freematics product?
