Ignition on off Emualation not working

I'm trying to send ignition on/ off command (ATACC0 / ATACC1),this returns the error as
"Error running ATACC0 , response: ?"
What could be the reason for this error ?
running command using Android App. Is there any baud rate mismatch happening here?. Although in Android we can not modify the baud rate for bluetooth serial communication

I'm using v gate obd2 adapter to validate the readings. Reading values works fine here.

Yes i tried that also. by appending "\r"

Yes. "\r" already appended with command
