order status

Hi!
Could you please look into the status of my order, order#2216, ordered 07/26/2015? It doesn't show up in my account, but I do have emails stating that it shipped, and even a tracking number. However, the tracking only show it leaving Shanghai, but then nothing else. The last status update was 07/30/2015 for the tracking info.
I really need that shipment to arrive, so any info as to its whereabouts and the reason for the holdup would be great!
