Kit #1 try to read PID_MAF_FLOW

Post by MartinHC »

Hello Community,

i'm trying to read the MAF_Flow by Telematics Kit 1 but it doesn't work. Does anybody try it before or could anybody help me.

My result is an -1660 as value but it can't be real. The average value might be like 60 g/s.

Please help.

Not every car has this data. For smaller engines, try PID_MAP.

Thanks for answer the question so fast.

I will trying to get the information by PID_MAP and will give you a feedback.
Even so i'm confused i get return a value? How i can check if a special PID is supported and what is the return type?

Ok i'tested another car.
That supports the MAF_Flow but not the Fuel_Rate.
Is it possible to calculate the Engine_Fuel_Rate (5E) by using the supported PID and is their a different between Gasoline and Diesel?
