Looks all good. So it is just the optus sim card not working? Hologram sim card still works well?

One device has the Hologram and the other has Optus.
Device A : (Optus Sim)
Isn't connecting to the server
Device B : (Hologram Sim)
Isn't connecting to the server (sometimes it connects, then disconnects, then becomes online but on GPS location, like the vehicle is on the road, last update was 30 hours ago.)

Stanley, can we meet up and so we can get these trackers working.
I'm located in Prestons, NSW.
The problems are simple;
- Optus sim isn't working (but one of the hologram is working, won't be using the hologram, i need both trackers to use optus sim, waiting for the new 2nd optus sim to arrive)
- one of the trackers is inputting

I see your optus sim card seems very scratchy. Is it an used one?
I have a amaysim sim card which uses optus network and it works fine.
Your last error message is about microSD card. Are you using microSD card from us?

the Optus sim is brand new, received it 2 weeks ago, and it works fine with my phone.
The MicroSD card was supplied by you guys with the tracker, yes that was the last error message.

Please re-format the microSD cards. They are tested plugged in the units before shipping and should never fail. I don't know what has happened to your unit which has so many unexpected issues. It's over one hour drive for me to come to you and I am busy otherwise I could bring a new unit and swap with you easily. I'll let you know when I will pass by.

I have re-formatted the micro SD card, still the same issue.
