Item didnt arrive where can i get help

i ordered several units before , but now the last order didnt arrive for more then 2 months , and its currently stuck if i look at the tracking
i tried all the contact methods still no reply on any of them for more then a week .

this is my order ID 8241 , can you please help me ?
