sending alarms from feematics one+

I would like to design a system that send alarms (SMS) to a tablet , smartphone or PC , for example: when a vehicle exceeds the limits of velocity, the vehicle go out of the authorized zones , the fuel is low , the doors open, the lights stay on ,etc.
Additionally ,it must to save all information of vehicle , show the geographical position in real time and get more useful information.
Is possible to design a software using the freematics one + for this application?
In my country (Ecuador) there is not vehicle telematics yet and I believe would be a good idea to have one for several markets.

Except for door status, all other functions you mentioned can be done. You can send SMS with SIM800 GSM module.

Is possible to work with both systems ;ie, freematics hub software and sms (send and receive) ? Does it will not cause conflicts in the device operation?

Iam interested too. But what happen if the unit is disconnected from the odb port? It doesnot have a battery. Then?
