Launching error

Hi,

After successful installation I have started the Arduino Builder. A message "error launching UI engine" has appeared.
I have tried this in Windows 10 32 bit and 64 bit but the same result.

What a reason could be?

Is the installation complete? Program folder should size around 650M. Please check if "electron" folder is present.
