Emulator is not being recognized my freematics one

Hello I just recently purchase the emulator with a freematics one. I can get the emulator connected via bluetooth with iOS application or via windows app. But the freematics always returns ODB NO when debugging the connection.

Is anyone going trough the same problem?

Make sure you have driver installed in your system.
