Trouble with Freematics gui software

I’m trying to run the software provided by freematics on windows 11 but i just cant get the emulator and/or software to work. Ive done everything that is said by freematics but it still wont work. The error message i get is to connect the obd 2 via usb even tho it is connected and lit up. What do yall suggest i do?
