OBD -II UART Emulator GUI error

Hello, I am facing a issue with an OBD-II Emulator GUI software. while I am connecting to the Freematics OBD-II UART cable to the system but its connecting its showing the error message. please go through the attached screenshots and let me know the what is the problem over there.
