How to view .CSV files

I have the "OBD-II Telematics Advanced Kit (Arduino MEGA)" kit and have created a file after plugging into my vehicle, however i cannot find a programme that can display the data, and teh online chart viewer does not work.
Has anyone found a programme that can open and interpret this data to be able to view it?

You can either develop your own utility, use spreedsheet software to view the data. We are still working on an online data viewer. Meanwhile, you can try this: http://freematics.com/chart/

Do you have any recommended software that can be used to view the files as the online viewing software never finishes processing the file so no data is ever generated. if not do you have a spreadsheet utility that can be sent to be able to view it?

Why not just make your own? The data isn't too difficult to parse. worst case, you can use excel to plot a simple graph.
