OBD 2 Emulator not communication OBD2 via CAN

Hi All,

I have purchased OBD 2 Emulator last month. Also I have own OBD2 which is developed by using ESP32. That OBD is working properly with real cars and other Emulator.
Then I tried to connect with FREEMATICS OBD2 Emulator. Emulator is successfully connected to GUI on PC.
Still i am facing problem with connection between OBD2 and OBD2 Emulator. In Both we are using CAN 500kbps/11bits. But emulator not connected with my OBD2.
I debug my OBD2, such case i found OBD connection failed.
Please anyone help me to come out from this issue.

If you device works like a CAN sniffer, it might not be able work. Different from a CAN simulator, our emulator does not actively generate CAN traffic. It only responds to standard OBD queries.
