Problem uploading sketch

Hello,
I just received my #3 kit and i have a difficulties uploading the sketch.

I am just uploading the megalogger sketch (the last one).

but the telecoding is never complete (as you can see in the picture). Sometimes the telecoding is not finished but the arduino screen just starts like normal, but most of the time the telecoding is stuck and the arduino screen is just black.

I have Bluno 2560 and 3.5" screen.

Can you help me please ?

Now I have the message. Content mismatch....
I really don't know what to do as most of the time it doesn't work and 1 time out of 10 it works....
I tried disconnecting gps and obd, sd card... doens't change anything...
Do i have a defective product ?
