We have an issue regarding how Freematics ONE is discovered via BLE.
While for example the Freematics Emulator is always found by our app when in background mode the Freematics ONE
needs the app to be in the foreground to be found.
Is this a (1) hardware issue or (2) something that can be programmed on the Freematics ONE device?
