Sleep-Mode for UART Adapter

Hello,

i want to permanently install my OBD-II Adapter.
How can I "Power down" and "Power up" the Adapter, so the Battery won't drain?

I thought about the obd.sleep() function when RPM is under 100.
How to Power it back up?

When the device is put into sleep mode, you can wake it up by sending any command.
