Keeps on reseting

Hi

I got a Arduino ODB kit, I compiled the sketch, etc.

When I plug this into my car, it keeps on resetting. look like it is in a loop.

Can anyone help?

I have Kit 3 if I can remember correctly.

Complate, Arduino, LCD, Mounts etc...

Use Arduino IDE 1.7.8 from http://www.arduino.org
