What do every internal led means?

Could you please be more specific?
When I plug it the red led turns on, and the yellow and green one flashes less than a second and remain off.
Then, after less than a minute the red led also turns off.
Is this behaviour correct?

Yellow and green LEDs are for UART Rx and Tx activity. How they flash depends on how the adapter is accessed.
