Device not Responsive

The OBD II device did not record any data as advertised and became unresponsive after my 1st attempt to diagnose the problem.
All attempts to flash the device and/or reload the bootloader failed. Both types of connections, USBasp and Arduino as ISP, were tried with no success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnaks

Did you see blue LED inside the enclosure flashing?
