OBD-II Emulator not recognized

Hey guys,

I am working with the Freematics OBD-II Emulator (non-BLE).
Everything was great until 2 days back. Now I am not able to connect the OBD emulator to the PC.
Steps followed:
1. connect the 12V adapter to the emulator
2. connect the USB interface to the emulator
3. connect the USB to the PC
After step 3 I am getting an error in the PC saying the device is nor recognized.
If I check the Device and printer section it lists the device as unknown device. Tried troubleshooting but didn't help.
I am using windows based PC.

Any idea what the problem is and how to fix this?

PS: I have already installed CP210x_VCP and tried re-installing it. But it is still not working.

This simulator work better with the apps when you installed in your phone !.
