Contact regarding questions about my OBD-II adapter order?

Is this a good place to get ahold of someone (Stanley?) who will answer a few questions about my recent order? I ordered a OBD-II Model A adapter over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Additionally the tracking number has no updates. I've tried getting in touch with Stanley several ways to no avail and I'm starting to get concerned about the status of my order.

No, I didn't. I tried to get ahold of him several ways and didn't get a response on any of them. It appears that he's active on the forum, too. My adapter did eventually come the other day, but still a little displeased that I didn't get a response.

Now I've realized that this adapter isn't compatible with my car anyway. Does freematics have a return policy?

I did eventually hear back from Stanley.

I sent an email to stanleyhuangyc@gmail.com and stanleyhuangyc@live.com and received a response.

Have now received my tracking number.
