obd2 telematics kit 1 question read and clear dtc

Hello, im a car repair and a lpg cng kit seller, im interested to build one embedded sistem that automatically when plugged it scan for dtc and clear it, also the sistem must scan every second for a dtc and clear it.
i wonder if this kit will be able to read and clear dtc, also i need to scan every second if have dtc and clear automatically.
i need to know it and it would be nice have an example of dtc read and clear and scan every secon, i need to have one module like this to insert in lpg kit that i sell.
