Is it possible to specify which of the 4 serial ports to use?

Hello I tried searching, but because the terms were too prevalent, everything I looked at was ignored. I apologize if this has previously been addressed here. I'm using the Freematics OBD-II UART converter with an Arduino Mega. Can one choose which of the four serial ports to use?
