SIM connection problem +CGREG: 0,2

I have a One+ Traccar Edition and using it with the supplied hologram SIM. In the config.h file, I set the APN to hologram:
But the device keeps searching for a sim connection:

[CELL] Searching...What can I do to make it work?We dug into the SIM and it appears that it is connected to the Network and opening sessions. The Hologram SIM is working as expected on the Network, allowing the device to open sessions. However, the device is not sending any data through that open session.
