Things Mobile No Service

I am in North America. I have the One+ Model B. I am trying to connect it to a Things Mobile Sim. I have a zone 1 sim for US which should work on ATT. When I configure the device it says No Service, Online | RSSI:-51dBM. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I should change in order to get it to work?
