You USB port can't supply enough power the cellular module requires. Connect to device to OBD port to solve this issue. Alternatively, you can use a powered USB hub.

Hi Stanley,
The USB port from the PC is usually sufficient.
I have now tried the OBD port, see screenshot.
The Celluar is not just not initializing what else can I do?
Isn't there a factory software to restore the ONE + to its original state?
Can something like that happen if you flash the wrong firmware from your Github?

Re: Freematics ONE+ Model B SIM7600E-H
As open source hardware, there is no factory software as the code in github is regularly updated and in most cases the latest revision should be working well. Please try pulling the code from github again, and change VERBOSE_XBEE in FreematicsPlus.cpp as following so more info will be in the serial output.
Make sure to tick "Rebuild libraries" if you use Freematics Builder. I also suggest you give PlatformIO a try.
Although pretty rare and we test every unit before shipping, your cellular module might be defective if all approaches exhausted. In this case we will replace you with a new unit. Please email us for instructions.
Code: Select all
#define VERBOSE_XBEE 1

Cant send the log here because the Forum means Forbidden. Contains contacts. Message seems to be spam.
i think the problem is the wrong flashing from another firmware V5 with traccar_client sim 5360.
I think i crash the Sim Module with that flash
btw. i didnt get it with platformIO someone is missing so that i cant build and i cant no upload.

Looks like the cellular module is not responding.

Re: Freematics ONE+ Model B SIM7600E-H
Correct, but the question is why ?
Re: Freematics ONE+ Model B SIM7600E-H
Please don't use sim5360 test code. Use latest telelogger and choose the correct cellular module in the config. If still no luck, please send your unit back to us and we will replace you with a new one. Address can be found on the About page of our website.
