Parallel App and Freematics Device

Our scenario involves users with both fleet and personal vehicles, as such we cannot fit ODB devices to their personal devices and would like an app for the users to log their KM/Fuel etc that feeds to the Hub platform to keep all relevant data in one place. Is there something other users are currently using or is this a custom sort of problem?
