baro PID returning low number

Hi,
Using Freematics OBD-II UART Adapter V2.1 on Arduino reading a GM vehicle...
The baro PID; 0x33 is returning the number "45". I was expecting something like 101 (kpa) for sea level.
Anyone else run into that? I've been searching for alternate PID for GM baro but no luck. Can't tell if I'm not interpreting the return value correctly or if this PID just not working for this vehicle.
Thanks in advance,
Paul
