Hi,
This is with reference to our purchase on freematics obd-11 emulator on your store. We are facing problem in connecting your emulator with our obd device.But our obd device is successfully working with actual automobile and other obd hardware simulators.
Connection with OBD-II Emulator GUI software and emulator is successful but emulator to obd connection is failing..
Please find the attached screenshot.Please guide us on how to connect in mode-1.

If you device works like a CAN sniffer, it might not be able work. Different from a CAN simulator, our emulator does not actively generate CAN traffic. It only responds to standard OBD queries.
