Missing Something....

Trying to use the Freematics ONE. It seems like there is no working example forthe BLE that I had ordered. I am also realizing the Freematics ONE+ has the BT and BLE already builtin, is there an advantage?
The datalogger example variants dont seem to have any BT or BLE functionality though the .H has a couple references.
I feel like the Freematics site is somewhat chaotic I wanted to build an OBDII solution that could communicate to my touchscreen solution that I have already built.
advice and product support would be appreciated.
