AT Command reference set?

Hi,
is there a way to find our which AT commands are supported?
I'M reading OBDUART v.1.1 and OBDELM327 v1.5 but soem of the ELM327 v1.5 commands semes not to work.
Most importantly I didn't find a way to set the timeout slighlty longer because ATST, ATCTM5 and ATAT0 are not working.
any command reference or way to raise the timeouts?
I'm just one line of code away to make this working for hyundai and Kia EVs (probalby many more), but the communication runs into a timeout in 8 out of 9 cases.
