ONE+ output format with datalogger V5

I'm trying to understand the data output from a ONE+ flashed with an unaltered version of datalogger.ino V5.
I expected each line of output to be: time since last log (mS) , PID, Value. However, it doesn't seem to follow that format - below is a sample where the timestamp seems to be missing. Does anyone know what the expected output of datalogger.ino should look like?
