Our company has 5 of the mk2 and none of them work on j1850 but they say is supports j1850.
I have used 7diffrent scan tools and only 1 will connect 25% on VPW. Any help will be nice. All products where purchase with the last 6 mon.

Please provide me your order number so I can check if wrong items were shipped.
