AT MA command is not responding.

I have OBD-II device(ELM 327). I have problem in AT MA command. I am confugering Device, by sending command AT Z, AT E0, AT L0.
Response for these command is given as below.
AT Z - ELM 327
AT E0 - OK
AT L0 - OK
Now I am detecting Protocol by issuing command AT SP 0.
AT SP 0 gives output OK.
Now I am giving AT MA command. It is giving AT MA response as follows.
>SEARCHING...
Is this the right Approach to issue AT MA command? If no Kindly help me to go in right Direction.
NOTE : I am using "Freematics GUI 4.0" software installed in my windows machine to set Data to ELM 327.
