GPS & Vehicle Logger

Reading some information on the page, I am a bit confused. I would like the capability to do OBD-II code reading, data logging and GPS logging on an American 2001 Toyota Tacoma. Since I have an iPhone, I am also looking at the low power bluetooth simply for connectivity later on. Based on these requirements, would the Freematics Vehicle Data Logger V3 with the GPS module and low energy module take care of what I need to do?
