Simulate vehicle with AT commands

Post by jochen »

Hi.

I´m building an application where I like to replay a vehicle ECU.

This tools seems to be the right product for that.

What is strange is that the device only respond from time to time to the commands.

Any other having same experience?

ATSET 010c=1000

Sometimes it responds OK, but not often.

I need to send periodically a file with different values, but as it is right now the unit does o respond. I do have the latest FW.

When using the GUI version, it works fine. So I wonder what could be the problem?

Hi Jochen,

I believe we both have the same use for the emulator. Are you trying to simulate a moving vehicle? I am still waiting for my emulator to arrive. Have you had success?

This is essentially what I want to do as well, you can see my thread right next to yours in the forum. Could this issue be related to the bug report I saw that says that only one value can be returned for any call, vs a whole bunch (rpm, speed, etc) at the same time? How can we find out?
