Hi.

We ordered the emulator MK 2 for CarIQ (http://www.mycariq.com)

We received the emulator in working state.

One of our interns tried to update the firmware but since then the emulator is dead.

Now when the emulator is connected, it gets identified on windows 7, though it didn't get drivers automatically, I manually installed the drivers.

It still does not connect to the GUI.(Error Screen shot attached)

Neither is it getting updated.(Error Screen shot attached)

The hardware that we received does not have the white connector ( Rx Tx GND 3.3 5 12 )

What can I do to resolve the issue?

Firstly, we don't have any distributor and nor have we ever licensed any third party to resell the product. All devices should be purchased from Freematics Online Store. Otherwise, we could not ensure the integrity of the product.
Normally updating the firmware in anyway should not brick it. I don't know what actually has been done that caused this. You can choose to send back the product to us and we should be able to fix it if it is not physically damaged. Please be advised that you have to afford the shipping fee.
