Hi @stanley please advise? Do you need any other information to diagnose why the devices cannot connect to a network in Kenya?

Hi @stanley have we concluded that your devices cannot work in Kenya? I've written to ask for paid support, but received no answer. It's very frustrating to spend a lot of time and money and not get a conclusive response...
