Emulator command set: DTC7/DTCA not working

Hi There,

I have a problem with the emulator command set:

"ATSET DTC=P0105,P0106" is working fine and quitted with "OK"

"ATSET DTC7=P0105,P0106" and "ATSET DTCA=P0105,P0106" ist quitted with "ERROR".

Can somebody help?

Your emulator must have J1850 support to work with mode 7 and mode A.

Thanks, I am afraid mine does not. With J1850, will it support mode 07 and 0a with CAN protocol, too?
Is there any way to update my device?
Which J1850 protocol do I have to order to get mode 07 and mode 0a running with CAN?

They are different hardware and not upgradable by software.

Hi all, same question here, I am unable to set a pending DTC (mode 07), the button in the GUI is greyed out, and when trying it through the serial port I also receive 'ERROR’. Mode 03 DTC’s work fine. The emulator does have J1850 mentioned on the connector. Any clues? Would be great to get this working.
