Hello everyone
I bought a One+ last week and i spent the weekend playing with it and connecting it to my Car.
The device itself works when i configure it to use WIFI and i was able to connect it to the personal HUB software and get Speed, RPM, and GPS location.
However i am not able to use its cellular function
When i configure the network mode for Cellular and configure the APN when the device tries to connect all i get its connecting to "APN Name" and ........... until it times out and says NO , i have tried multiple sims from two different ISP and verified the APN settings, i am using the 5360E.
any suggestions how can i troubleshoot this further ?

Re: Problem Connecting my ONE+ to cellular
Are you sure which 3G band does your mobile operator use? SIM5360E for 900Mhz and SIM5360A for 850Mhz.
Re: Problem Connecting my ONE+ to cellular
Hello
Thanks for the reply ,
I checked the 3G band prior to ordering , i have multiple ISP in my country offering 900Mhz and 850Mhz.
i have tried 3 different sims from 3 diferent companies .
2 in the 900Mhz range and another one from the 850Mhz range .
after the modem Init it tries to connect to the APN and just times out and says NO in the end.
how can i troubleshoot this further ?
how can i verify the SIM inside is indeed the 5630E and not A ?
is there any way to get a more detailed error log ?
any help will be appreciated

Re: Problem Connecting my ONE+ to cellular
Uncomment the following line in FreematicsONE.cpp and you will see complete output from SIM5360.
//#define XBEE_DEBUG
You may need to open up the enclosure to identify the type of SIM5360 module.
