IOS can't read data from Freematics ONE+

Hi,
I bought a Freematics ONE+ model H recently. I uploaded the code from both datalogger and telelogger, and tried to view the data from Freematics Controller app after building by Freematics Builder. However,
- When I tried with datalogger, the error is ERROR OCCURED DURING COMPILIATION (Error code: -4).
- When I tried with telelogger, I could upload the code to Freematics ONE+. However, all the data are showed with blank number in the Freematics Controller app.
Can you help me deal with this problem. Thanks.
