specify serial port on Arduino Mega?

Hi, I tried using the search but anything I search for was ignored because they are too common words. So, apologies in advance if this was already answered here.

I'm using an Arduino Mega with the Freematics OBD-II UART adapter. Is it possible to specify which of the 4 serial ports to use?

OBD UART adapter should be connected to Serial1 if you don't change the code.
