I have a new Freematics One+ model B that is stuck in reboot loop. Below is a dump from serial.

I some how managed to get it working again. I did the following:
1. esptool.py --chip esp32 -p com4 erase_flash
2. Changed the Arduino IDE options to:

UPLOAD SPEED: 512000
FLASH FREQUENCY: 40MHZ
FLASHMODE: QIO
FLASH SIZE: 4MB (32MB)
PARTITION SCHEME: DEFAULT 4MB WITH SPIFFS
PSRAM: ENABLED
