Hi Stanley,

I have successfully flashed the telelogger on the Freematics One+ using the Freematics builder. However when testing via the default config (all i have added in the Builder was WiFi credentials) the freematics hub says device not active when using the DeviceID labelled on the device. When i return to the Freematics builder and click on dashboard, i get no information - its all blank including the deviceID. when i open serial monitor on COM port, it says opened, but im getting no data appearing on the console.

Any ideas whats going on here?

I have also plugged the One+ into my cars OBD and connected it via USB to laptop with freematics builder serial monitor and no change, no data being shown on serial monitor. Freematics hub also says device not active, and the device hasn’t connected to wifi either as it’s not showing at all on my network with an IP address. Only information I get from the device is the blue light turns on when plugged in via USB, and same blue light when plugged into OBD port on vehicle.

In this case, I suggest you using PlatformIO instead.
