Freematics OBD-II Emulator MK2 logging capability?

Does anyone know if it's possible to log / capture the commands and response(s) from the Freematics OBD-II Emulator MK2? We are suspecting some timing anomalies and interested in seeing the command(s) to the emulator and its responses.
