So how am I supposed to pair the bluetooth to anything when it doesn't even prompt for a password, just "reject"s the pairing, when I plug the Datalogger into my PC via microusb, it doesn't even read any device being plugged in to read files, it only picks up it's COM port(COM3).
Just want to use this device as the most accurate data logger for gps, boost, obd speed, etc. but it might aswell be a brick with an led and obd2 male.

Unlke Bluetooth 2.1, BLE does not need pairing. You never pair a BLE device.
Just test uploading a sketch with Arduino IDE and you will know if it is "bricked" or not.
