Data logger upload only on home wifi

Does the Freematics One+ have a configuration such that it will upload any logged data once you park your can at your home? As I understand it, it will continuously upload data to Freematics Hub if you have a SIM or a mobile hotspot (via wifi) but will it dump any file that have never been uploaded once it gets within range of the configured wifi? I suppose I could write a sketch that would do this but I just wanted to check to see if there is something already out there.
