Connecting OBD-II Emulator to GPS OBD Device

I am trying to get the Freematics OBD-II Emulator to communicate to a third party OBD device and when i make a change to the "vehicle" in the GUI - I set a DTC code, or I set the VIN - nothing is getting to that third party device. Can anyone help?

Your device might requires voltage to jump from 12V to 14V to start working. This is the case in the real car when engine starts but this is not reflected by the emulator. All you need is a adjustable DC power input.
